The Augusta Land Bank is a great initiative but finding and evaluating properties to their website can be time-consuming.
Listings are spread across multiple pages and the city-provided map is confusing.
To make this process of evaluating opportunities a little easier, we created a public map of Augusta Land Bank’s currently listed properties, as of 02/05/2026.
This experiment is designed as a free resource for real estate investors, builders, and anyone evaluating land bank opportunities in Augusta Richmond County.

Why Create a New Map?
Land bank properties can represent real opportunity, but only if you can quickly answer questions like:
- Where are these properties actually located on map?
- Which neighborhoods are the parcels?
- How close are properties to redevelopment areas?
Scrolling through listings one by one doesn’t make those patterns obvious. Mapping the inventory does but the city-provided map isn’t particularly user friendly.
The goal isn’t to replace the Land Bank’s website, but to make the information easier to evaluate and compare.
Future improvements will likely include Google street view options, zoning information, and links to more property details.
How Investors Can Use it
This resource is especially useful if you are:
- Evaluating multiple properties
- Comparing parcels to your buy-box
